Wednesdays thru May 23 1-3pm

•Advanced Tigress Yoga • 6 week Series ($20 drop in, $108 for series)

Tigress is for experienced intermediate and advanced students and teachers who can kick to handstand at the wall and perform Urdhva Dhanurasana with straight arms. This practice is for dedicated practitioners of all ages who want to kick their practice up a notch! The instructor practices alongside you and gives direction and guidance.

  1. Kundalini YOGA • (regular mat punch price)

A traditional Kundalini Yoga class as taught by Yogi Bhajan. Kundalini Yoga is a technology based on an understanding of the ecology of the human body – how the blood, nerves, muscles, organs, and glands work harmoniously together. Kundalini works with Kriyas, which systematically awaken the coiled up energy (Kundalini) at the base of the spine, opening up the chakras, inviting optimal physical, mental, emotional and spiritual balance.
